George Frisch, J.D.

George Frisch joined Virtual Radiologic in October 2004. He is responsible for providing and managing legal services for the company and its affiliated entities relating to their conduct of ordinary business affairs, corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance requirements, and business transactions. Frisch has extensive experience in the representation of publicly and privately owned businesses.

Mr. Frisch is a licensed attorney and was engaged in the private practice of corporate and securities laws from 1972 until 2001, with a focus on business transactions, product and service distribution arrangements, and financings, including public and private securities offerings on behalf of issuers and underwriters. In 2001, he joined WAM!NET Inc., a global provider of networking and workflow management services for the media and advertising industries, where he served as senior counsel until September 2004.

In addition to his law practice, from 1983 to 1984, Mr. Frisch served as chairman of Minnesota's Metropolitan Waste Control Commission; from 1973 to 1978, he taught securities regulation at the Hamline University School of Law; and from 1970 to 1971, he was employed as Assistant Commissioner of Securities by the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

Mr. Frisch attended the University of Minnesota and received the degrees of bachelor of science and juris doctor, cum laude, from the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul.
